With the appointment of Leda Security as Crawfords “authorised distributor” in Australia, the options or loading dock solutions have now grown. Crawford are unique in manufacturing a system as opposed to individual dock products.
The dock leveller and panel lift sectional doors integrate seamlessly for fast, easy and safe operation. In addition a mechanical or pneumatic shelter can be added for refrigerated factories and warehousing. All Crawford dock doors are insulated. Also now part of Leda’s range are high speed doors and the famous Megadoor range.
The high-speed doors operate in 1-2 seconds with built in safety and are commonly used to prevent dust ingress in the food and pharmaceutical industries. Megadoor has two off the self models for openings of up to 16 meters wide and 10 meters high with cyclonic wind ratings. These doors are industrial and mining work horses. Custom made Megadoors are also available up to 100 meter clear opening widths.
The teaming of Leda and Crawford brings the worlds largest producer of industrial doors and loading dock products to the national market as Leda has national installation and local service capability.
