Recently completed by Doric Constructions Yagan Square adjoins the main Perth train station providing pedestrian access to the CBD and East Perth precincts.
It contains a number of new food and retail outlets as well as a public area with attractive and functional precast concrete/timber seating elements.
Vehicle access to the site is controlled by two sets of LEDA stainless steel automatic retractable bollards which can be controlled and accessed through intercom or card. In this instance our WA office and client chose electro mechanical operated bollards.
